I ordered on the app for pick up. The directions on how to make the SIMPLE sandwiches I ordered are PRINTED CLEARLY on the receipt yet it was impossible for the employees to make them correctly. They were also too busy talking and bullshitting amongst themselves to even acknowledge the fact that someone came in the store. I won't be returning to this location.

Every time I order from here, something is missing. Sealed bags with doordash so its not driver. I have spoken with the district manager it happens so much. She promised that she was improving this location. No improvement yet.

Sandwich tasted ok but was sloppily put together. Cream soda was delicious. A bit pricey if you dont get sandwich of the day. Customer service was nice though. Might come back.

I ordered by door dash and paid over 30 for a sandwich that I didn’t order. The only solution the manager offered was to make me another but it could be delivered. I’m unable to leave so that was not a solution. Of course I demanded my money back. The manager stated they put the wrong order n the bag. He was not interested in the quality of the sandwich. The bread was so hard you could break a window. No cheese/ no mustard. Just dry and hard. So whoever made this for someone else should be ashamed. I truly hope they get all the karma they deserve. This is why they do not deserve $15 dollars an hour working in fast food because the work ethic is poor. This isn’t a one off with this establishment in Conyers.
