The last time I did a pick up order it took an extra 30 minutes from when I told my order was ready for it to be given to me all for it to be cold and had to be heated up. I live 6 minutes from the restaurant my food should not have been cold. I made a complaint and got a $15 gift card. I decide today to use it for the same thing to happen. This time the employee comes stating she’s sorry for my wait. I get my food and it’s piping hot as if it was warmed in the microwave. My food appearance looks old and they decided to warm it up and give it to me. Also my bread was in a clear plastic bad outside of the normal brown bread bag. I ordered brussel sprouts and they are barely lukewarm. I have had enough with this location. I will go to the Covington for now on.

Gabbi was an amazing server..... She made our visit fun and memorable. We had a party and everything came out great. NO MISTAKES ON OUR ORDER. Thanks again Gabbi for your wonderful service.

Please do not waste your time going to this location. The staff are all young. So they sat at the bar dancing, singing, eating and talking about the customers. My party of 12 waited 2 hrs to get seated. Another 2 hrs to get something to drink. Another 2 hrs after that to get on 2 of the people in our group food. Then they bring out checks for us to pay, even tho we still dont have food. Manger there didn't care, and when asked for corporate office number. She gives me the number to her employee health line. I've called corporate several times and no one seems to care. I care about how I spead my money and customer service so I will not be spending my hard earned money there. I suggest everyone else do the same.

I have been outback girlie for years but baaabbbbyyyy Longhorn is definitely competition. The food was soooo good. It was Sunday and it was very packed we had to wait an hour but it was worth the wait. James was so nice and had great energy, even with it being busy he took his time explaining to us about the drinks, the appetizers and dinner. The Parmesan crusted spinach dips were amazing I have to have that every time and the lamb chops are back for a limited time it soooo bomb 10/10!! I had a strawberry mango margarita and was soooooo good.I definitely will be back and I will personally ask for James!! He made my experience so much better!

I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I placed a to-go order and waited. When the food finally arrived, it was clearly burnt and completely unpresentable. This is not what anyone expects after a long wait.
Additionally, no silverware was included in the bag, despite my clear request for it when ordering. Because of all of this, I had to go inside (exiting my vehicle in the rain) and speak with the manager. She looked at the food, acknowledged that it was burnt, and told the kitchen to remake it but never offered an apology for the delay, the poor food quality, or the inconvenience.
This is now the SECOND time I’ve experienced poor service from this location, which is extremely disappointing. I regretfully gave them another chance in hopes that they had improved after acknowledging the last issue.
But the lack of urgency, quality control, and basic customer service remained the same. I was sorely inconvenienced, and this experience has seriously impacted my trust in this establishment.
I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements, because this level of service does not reflect well on the brand.
