  My husband placed an order for pick up.
  He looked at the order.
  But when he gotten home he realized it wasn't right.
  Because he order a chicken Philly & a regular Philly.
  But it was two chicken.
  Also nothing against the lady who took the order, she did say she was new.
  But the manager needs better customer service skills.
  Especially when you are doing a business..

  I received food that was not prepared properly, and when I reached out, they refused to issue a refund because of their “policy.” Their policy does not say customers have to accept incorrectly made or undone food. I was offered a replacement, but I don’t trust them to get it right after the first mistake. On top of that, the owner was very hostile and dismissive when addressing the issue. Poor service and no accountability.

  I ORDERED THROUGH DOORDASH AS YALL CAN SEE IN THE 2ND PICTURE IS THE FOOD THAT I RECEIVED THE WING FLAVOR IS INCORRECT & THE FRIES NOR WINGS WERE COOKED CRISPY LIKE I ASKED THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL SHE HUNG UP IN MY FACE NOT ONCE BUT TWICE . I TOLD HER NUMEROUS OF TIMES THAT MY FOOD WAS PREPARED WRONG SHE STATED THAT IT WAS DOORDASH FAULT INSTEAD OF TAKING THE BLAME INSIDE OF THE RESTAURANT. I WAS ALSO TOLD BY HER THAT SHE WASN’T GOING TO DO ANYTHING TO FIX MY ORDER DO NOT EAT FROM HERE AT ALL

  Was so excited to come back due to the food was great my 𝟏𝐬𝐭 visit .𝐏𝐚𝐢𝐝 $𝟏𝟕 𝑑𝑜𝑙𝑙𝑎𝑟𝑠 for the 𝑩𝒖𝒓𝒈𝒆𝒓,6𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒈𝒔& 𝒇𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒔 went to my car tasted the food was 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐀𝐋𝐓𝐘’asked manager for a refund an shows me an 𝕠𝕝𝕕 𝕤𝕚𝕘𝕟 under all the piton the wall saying ’𝐍𝐎 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝 .
