I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker and was told to go ahead with my order. After I placed my order, no one responded. I sat there for about five minutes waiting before finally pulling up to the window.
When I got to the window, the employee had an attitude and acted as if she was about to ring up my order. Then she told me the ice cream machine was down because it shuts down at a certain time. I politely asked why no one told me that at the speaker before I waited, and instead of apologizing, she laughed and simply said, “Have a good day.”
The issue wasn’t that the ice cream machine was unavailable—it was the lack of communication and poor customer service. A simple apology or letting customers know at the speaker would have saved everyone time. I hope management addresses both the communication and customer service at this location.

I ordered over $100 worth of food & they did not get it right. The order was repeated to me 2x because they were either surprised or shocked on the amount of food that was ordered. Due to the high amount of the order the manager at the time had to get involved with the order to do an override. The manager looked like she was not having a good morning. They repeated my order 2x to ensure that I was ordering & I agreed again. Nevertheless, when I got to the window the young lady told to pull & my food will be delivered in a moment. When I received my food the order was incomplete. I told the young girl that all of my food was not there. She asked what's missing & I told her. She went back to get it. Drove off thinking I had everything. I realized oh shux, I still missing another bag. I turned around went into McDonald's asked for the manager & it was the same person who helped me earlier. I explained to her my order is incomplete & it was repeated to me 4x & still my order was incorrect. The manager had this nonchalant attitude & did not apologize or sorry for the inconvenience, Nothing. Everyone knows fast food is tough but customer service is everything. That manager needs to step up her so her staff could be on the same page. These people feel as if someone owes them something 🙄 get it together. We have bad days but you can not treat your customers like that. I probably will no longer treat my staff to McDonald's anymore. Otherwise, my staff was happy I treated them for breakfast it made them smile

TERRIBLE! Managers attitude is horrible! They absolutely do not listen. I give them chance after chance and it’s always the same thing every time I go. They “train” people the incorrect way. I’m not even upset with the new hires because it is absolutely not their fault. They need better managers.

This location ALWAYS takes forever for even a simple order. Please don’t order more than 1 meal bc it’s too much for them to handle. You’ll be asked to pull up to the waiting spots (which are usually full) just for you to sit 30 minutes MINIMUM before anyone attempts to bring out your food. They always have orders wrong, missing items, complete wrong order, etc
The poor cashier was the one running food outside (on a busy Saturday, during lunch rush) & also trying to take orders inside while the managers are probably somewhere lolly gagging in the office.
As many bad reviews as this place gets, I hope the managers are getting in trouble, no bonuses & complete shut down tbh -
I ordered two Double Quarter Pounders with Cheese and both were served raw and unsafe to eat (see photos). Absolutely unacceptable for a major chain like McDonald’s. On top of that, the restaurant was dirty, had no straws, and didn’t include the sauce I ordered.
Serving undercooked food is a serious health risk, and the lack of cleanliness and attention to basic customer needs makes it even worse. Very disappointing experience—I will not be returning to this location unless major improvements are made.
