This was a horrible experience. Mind you I come here often. This time the food was not good at all. The wings were overcooked and dry. Like they had been sitting for awhile and just gave them to me. Piss poor! They offered to return my money in 3 to 5 business days instead of handling to situation right there. Another piss poor decision. This was not a good experience at all.

By far the worst experience. We sat down and ordered food and drinks right away. Drinks came out fast. Many tables around us sat down after us and I saw 2 tables get appetizers before my salad! Needless to say I don’t think our waitress put our order in and didn’t care that we left. Definitely need training on the staff you have!

Terrible experience!!! My wife and I arrived at 7:12pm on July 1st and were immediately seated. We waited approximately 9 minutes before we were finally greeted by a worker who politely informed us that she would be right with us. Shortly after, another family was seated right next to our table. Another few minutes pass and that same worker went to the other family to take their order before ours. Mind you that the other table's complexion didn't match ours, but it did match the worker's pigmentation. We decided that we would not patronage this type of blatant disregard for our business and stood to exit. The waitress asked us to stay and said that the delay was because they were "busy". I will admit that the establishment was busy, but it didn't stop four workers, one of which was a manager, from passing our table to tend their service at other tables next to ours. Unfortunately, this was the SECOND time my family received this type of behavior at this establishment within a few month's time. This will be the last time we visit the Mellow Mushrooms in Conyers. Melanated families be aware.

Miss Allison was knowledgeable, attentive, and sweet. She made our experience great. Mr. Miguel made the best pizza ever. It was delicious. The atmosphere was great as well. We're definitely going back.

Ordered Priority through Uber Eats on Thursday 5/21 around 3pm.- Conyers location.. Ordered House Special Pizza.. The WORST Mellow Mushroom Pizza ever! Arrives within 30 minutes.. pizza was cold.. sloppy presentation, definitely wasn’t fresh (was either sitting around or sent back from an unhappy dine in patron), whole slices of bacon instead of chopped? Whoever allowed this pizza to go out needs to be fired or demoted. We were too busy to address it .. needless to say, only two slices were eaten and the rest thrown away.. Not for an almost $40 price tag. If I was a first time patron, I would never return. If poor quality like this continues.. I will not continue to patronize
