First we wait at the drive through for a good while before we notice no one notices we are there...we walk inside for two refreshers and we wait....once our drinks are ready we realise they have zero resemblance of what they are supposed to look , we ask and the white girl at the back tries to convince us that they dont have the toppings but first she said thats how the drink comes.....we returned the drinks and walked out.
I don't know what has happened to this location over the years.....im sure the manager is doing their best but the team lacks training -

Kecalby provided outstanding customer service! I ordered 5 oatmeal raisin cookies through the Panera app, but only 3 were available when I made it to the drive thru window. He let me know that the remaining cookies just came out the oven and were too soft and would likely break apart. Then gave me several options to make it right. He handled everything professionally and had a smile on his face the entire time. Thank you, Kecalby, for going above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Panera is lucky to have you.

Great sandwich. Good service at the counter. No service after that. At first glance the inside looks clean. Sat in a booth and that thought went away quickly. The wall was coverd with food particles. The cloth booth seat were nasty. Food, food stains and just dirty looking. Could of made a second sandwich out of all the food particles. Floors looked clean. Table was wiped down. Makes you want to look in the kitchen.

New Santa Fe Chicken Salad Stuffer only had 2 small chunks of chicken and a small amount of stuff stacked inside all that bread for $10.98. This place is a joke. Don’t waste your money! Had the same sandwich at another location and it looked nothing like that garbage we bought yesterday. Basically seasoned bread.

I stopped by this Panera for an iced caramel latte and was pleasantly surprised by the quick and efficient service. The young lady at the counter was welcoming and took my order as soon as I walked in. My drink was ready in just two to three minutes, which was impressive. The latte itself had a smooth, well-balanced caramel flavor—definitely enjoyable.
However, I did notice that the drink station could have been cleaner, as there were some sticky spots around the condiment area. A little extra attention to tidiness would enhance the overall experience.
On a positive note, this location has a lovely outdoor seating area, making it a great spot to relax and enjoy a coffee.
