I really enjoy going to Pelican’s Snowballs because it is one of my favorite places to get a sweet treat. Every time I go, I like trying different flavors, and they always taste fresh and full of flavor. The snowballs are soft, icy, and perfect when it’s hot outside. I also like how the workers are friendly and make my order quickly, so I don’t have to wait long. Going to Pelican’s Snowballs with my family or friends always makes the experience even better. I would definitely recommend Pelican’s Snowballs to anyone looking for a delicious dessert and a fun place to visit.

Normally, I love this location. However, today around 3:40pm, it was a different story because of the staff member working at the time. I came for a Clear Tigers Blood that’s offered on the website. She told me that they do not have that flavor and kept suggesting Clear Cherry instead for some reason. I asked her why she keeps saying Cherry because the menu doesn’t say that flavor is in the Tigers Blood mix. She said that it was (I don’t think it is) and I could mix Cherry with another flavor if I wanted to…
Anyway, I finally decided to try the Clear Cherry and Clear Grape flavors side by side, just to try something new. I told the girl this, and guess what? She repeated my request back to me saying a flavor that I never mentioned (once again). She said “so, you want cherry and Coconut?” At this point, I’m wondering if something is wrong with this staff member. But I repeated what I said several times (cherry on one side, grape on the other).
About 30 seconds later, as I watch her make the order, I see that she still gets it wrong. She goes and makes a snowball with ONLY cherry. When I pointed this out, she caught a bad attitude and rolled her eyes, even though this was her wrongdoing.
Another 30 seconds later, she remakes the snowball wrong again by blending all the flavors into one instead of side by side like we just talked about a minute ago.
Third remake, and she still does it wrong. She started out pouring the flavors side by side, but then somehow rotated the cup and mixed the flavors into one again.
I told her to just forget it. Because really?
Side by side flavors is such a common request. And I included one of the flavors she recommended. I don’t know why she couldn’t get this right and had a problem with me kindly pointing out that she isn’t giving me what I asked for. Something makes me feel like something is off with this employee and she probably shouldn’t be working there. Very poor service.

Very nice place. Omar fixed my granddaughter a very good strawberry snowcone. The manager helped me with a special request and was very kind. Nice clientele. I would go there as their snowcones are very reasonably priced..

My unicorn 🦄 flavor was the best thing I had ever tasted !! Such Professional and Fast Friendly Service ...Such a cute little fun summer spot for the whole family to cool down and enjoy a beautiful day with Tasty cold Treats!

My absolute favorite place to come in Conyers… I so love and enjoy this place. It makes me feel like I’m at home every time I come. The snowballs are absolutely delicious it truly make you want to slap somebody. Brook is amazing! She always makes me the best underground flavors and her customer service is even better.
