Well the chicken was pretty good and great aroma and makes you very hungry. The biscuits are totally awesome you can't get enough great taste very satisfying ever the next day or two. The chicken taste fresh and delicious and also perfectly cooked. Every bite makes you look forward to the next bite. Mashed potatoes with gravy is also good. So my readers go and try it out the total meal will have your stomach so greatful you ordered from this specific location I can only comment on but most fast food places seems to be uniformed and follow the same method of preparation so try and drop me a line to let me know your opinions. That for reading my food blog. 😉

It is extremely frustrating that nearly every time I order from this location, there is an issue with my order. Most recently, I ordered a 16-piece chicken meal, but only 8 pieces were delivered, along with missing drinks and a side item. To make matters worse, I called multiple times to address the issue, and no one answered the phone.
Because I was unable to reach anyone by phone, I went to the restaurant in person and asked to speak with a manager. The response I received was just as disappointing as the incorrect order. Instead of professionally introducing herself as the manager and asking how she could assist, the employee at the front simply pointed to her manager badge. That level of customer service is unprofessional and does not reflect the standards customers should expect.
The situation became even more concerning when she stated that she remembered the order because she personally prepared it. Rather than resolving the issue, this admission only highlighted the problem. If the manager herself prepared the order incorrectly, it raises serious concerns about the oversight and quality control at this location. It suggests that the recurring mistakes customers experience may stem from management failing to properly review and correct orders before they leave the restaurant.
This has become a recurring problem rather than an isolated mistake. Customers should not have to worry about receiving incomplete orders, missing items, cold food, or inaccurate orders every time they place an order. It is reasonable to expect that orders are prepared correctly, checked for accuracy, and delivered as ordered.
The consistent lack of attention to detail, poor communication, and unprofessional customer service reflect serious management and training deficiencies. At this point, it is difficult to have confidence in this location’s ability to provide even basic customer service. I hope this feedback is taken seriously because the current level of service is unacceptable and does not meet basic customer expectations. If these issues continue, the company should strongly consider reevaluating the management of this location.

I do drive thru. Chicken was not bad but not super hot fresh. I have had worse but the customer service was amazing and I went through the drive through. I really just love that I can buy a single mold chicken breast which comes with a biscuit, napkins, and honey for under $3.00 and let that be the reason! Today coming it I will say it seem like everyone was coming inside and drive through at the same time. The staff today was quick on their feet. They got the orders out within the 5 minutes I waited to get my pickup order. The manager on shift don’t (catch her name) was also jumping in where needed as well as taking orders to the car. Shoutout to the cashier at the front Chelsea. (Idk if I spelled her name right.) She was holding her own for the front taking orders and jumping in to make orders herself. Today was a good day and the food was hot and fresh. I appreciate the staff work today.

I clearly asked for spicy wraps got almost all the way home and went to eat them and they are regular with mayo so I call and the manager says there is nothing I can do unless you come back I’m not driving 20 minutes back!!!!! I don’t even eat mayo!!!! Need better management!!!!
