If I could put a 0 star I would, my wife and I just moved to the area we walk in the waitress (a very sweet woman) she sits Us and as my wife goes to the restroom, I wait about five minutes and she comes back and says she is apologizing because the waiter that was there was no longer taking any more tables so she moved us to the other side of the room after moving us to the other side of the room we wait another 10 minutes at this point I see and hear two bus boys speaking about our entry and us being there. I ignore and still waiting on the waiter. I see the Hostess and ask her who’s our waiter and she calls his name and he walks the other way. I am then by this time frustrated because he did not want to service us at all and at this point it was no need for me on my way to stay and eat and pay with our good money. If the general manager would love to reach out he can. Shout out to the hostess. She’s lovely!

My server Craig went over and beyond anything that I had ever experienced at Red Lobster. He was punctual, attentive and knowledgeable of the menu including bar drinks. I felt like I was in a high level establishment with valet service. His customer service skills were outstanding. This was the first time I had ever experienced black tie service at Red Lobster in Conyers..Kudos to the hiring staff for employing such an efficient employee..

My husband and I decided to come here because we had a gift card and we had a great time. Our food was pretty good and the server was very friendly and attentive.

We dined in on a weekday for an early dinner. We were greeted upon entry and quickly seated. Our server was nice and attentive. Our beverages and food came out quick and fresh. The bread and food was Red lobster good. I would recommend this location.

We dined at Red Lobster for a birthday lunch, and the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The service was attentive and friendly, and our food was absolutely delicious. The Cheddar Bay Biscuits were fresh, warm, and just as irresistible as ever! We truly enjoyed our celebration and look forward to returning soon.
