  This is the best Starbucks in our area! They ALWAYS get my Venti iced brown shakened expresso with light ice and extra salted caramel cold foam EXACTLY how I want it. Also, the staff is always nice and patient. They truly make it one of the best part of my week.

  Absolutely phenomenal workers. I came through today, and I forgot to tell them some customizations of my drink order. Since I was in a rush, I thought oh well, but the barista recognized me and made my drink like I normally get it. It definitely made my day, and I’m so grateful to them!

  today was my first and definitely my last at this location. my spinach feta was charcoaled, but the highlight was the guy (young, black, skinny, curly hair) at the drive thru window. He was unnecessarily mean and rude. I asked him if i can have more foam as i ordered extra foam, he looked at the drink, and said “that’s extra foam” and when i said no that’s not, he replied “yes it is” then closed the window on my face and went about his business. Then after a few, he came back with the ice mocha and i saw the whip on top, i kindly asked if he could scoop it off as i ordered no whip, he look at me with such annoyance and he said “i’m gonna need you to go wait on that corner over there”, i was like it’s okay, you can give it to me as is, he handled it to me and i left. so much for for green apron service.

  The service was great. The ice to drink ratio is ridiculous!!! If I’m paying almost 7 for a grande latte then 2/3 of my drink should not be ice. I took like 8 sips and was done!!! Very disappointed, especially when the grande refresher I bought had little ice.

  Every time I come here, the experience is consistently amazing. I see a Black woman named Tanya here almost every single day, and she is ALWAYS on 10. Her customer service, leadership, and professionalism truly stand out.

  You can see her hard work and dedication in everything she does not just with customers, but with how smoothly everything runs. Whether she’s assisting guests or leading the team, the energy is positive, efficient, and welcoming. I visit quite frequently, and it’s always a great experience.

  If Tanya isn’t the manager, she definitely carries herself like one and if she is, it absolutely shows. Employees like her are the reason people keep coming back. Management should be proud to have someone like Tanya representing this location!
