  Placed a pick-up order at 630pm and drove to the location, just for it to almost be 720pm and I still have not received my order. The location seems to only care about their drive through, so don't bother going inside the store.

  Edit: Taco Bell customer service also doesn't care, because I placed my order for PICKUP through doordash. Sent me an automated reply saying that there was nothing they could do about the horrible quality of service at THEIR store.

  I spent $0 .00 here cause they cant make change . & if you cant make change then you shouldnt open the restaurant 🤬 this is absolutely ridiculous !! Every note states on it plain as day is legal tender for all debts public & private ......... im not some young thug with pockets full of ones, fives & tens that i got from selling drugs ........ im a working class citizen that goes to work wveryday for a living & earn my money the honest way through a paycheck every week ..... my money comes from the bank & its legit with seal stamp & strip & has been verified numerous of ways for its authenticity & there is no reason why a place of business should ever tell a customer that they cant accept their money or make change for it either . If you cant open with atleast enough money to make change for $100.00 then you shouldnt even open the doors for business !!!!! Very disappointed in taco bell rt now

  I just ate at a different taco bell and how good and fresh that food was, made me have to write a review for this store, which is my local one.

  What irks me about this store is everytime i eat here the food, especially the meat, seems like it is never hot, even when its freshly ordered. I live 5min away and have to zap it in the microwave everytime without a doubt and I dont understand, why? Like turn up temp on the food youre holding hot or something bc its kind of ridiculous. I shouldnt have to microwave food from a place thats 5min away.

  This is the 3rd time my family has stopped by on our way home to get food. We looked in the bag and it seemed correct. Get home and start handing out the food and 90% of our orders wrong! Missing a grilled stuffed burrito which is $6.89. My soft tacos are the wrong ones. I called and spoke to the “manager” Casey and was told I’d have to drive back which is 20 minutes and bring everything back to prove our order is incorrect. That’s an additional 40 minutes of driving. That’s the last thing I want to do with kids after work!!!! Get my order right! Wasting MY time and MY hard earned money an being rude and non helpful!

  The auto-order voice originally started taking our order, then a real person took over. Here’s how it went…
  My husband: can I get 2 soft shell tacos, regular, and one Dorito locos taco supreme — (server interrupts)
  Server: wait. You said you want TWO soft shell and ONE Dorito?
  Husband: yes. And can I get a large Baja blast with my combo, and a medium Baha blast — (server interrupts again)
  Server: wait. You want a Baha blast, and ANOTHER Baha blast on its own?
  Husband: yes. And can I get 2 large nacho cheese fries…
  Server: did yiu say you want a medium, or a large nacho fry?

  This man did this with our entire order. I’m not sure if he couldn’t hear, if he wasn’t paying attention, or if he wasn’t listening…

  Order was right and food was hot. However… I found this tiny hair in my nacho cheese that went with my nacho cheese fries….
