My experience at Juicy Crab was extremely disappointing. I ordered a margarita, and unfortunately, it was nasty and not something I could drink. I gave the bartender multiple chances to fix it, and the drink was remade twice, but it still wasn’t good.
I even spoke with the manager and offered a simple solution: I asked if they could just give me a shot instead of the margarita, since I clearly wasn’t going to drink the margarita. I was told that they couldn’t do that. I was then told that I still had to pay for the drink even though I didn’t drink it at all.
What made the situation even worse was being threatened with having the police called over the situation. I was not trying to cause a problem—I was simply trying to resolve an issue with a drink that I had already given them two opportunities to remake.
Mistakes happen, and I understand that, but the way management handles unhappy customers matters. I felt like there was absolutely no attempt to accommodate me or find a reasonable solution. The customer service and management were very disappointing.
This establishment definitely needs better management and better customer service. I will not be returning.

Had an outstanding experience at Juicy Crab in Conyers, and a big reason why was LaRoya!
From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a great smile and positive attitude. She hosted me to my table, served guests throughout the restaurant, worked behind the bar, and somehow seemed to be everywhere at once. Honestly, for a second I thought she was back there cooking my wings while I was eating my oysters!
LaRoya is the definition of hard work and exceptional customer service. She stayed upbeat, attentive, and professional the entire time. We need more LaRoyas in the food industry.
Thank you for a job well done and for providing perfect service. The food was delicious, the vibes were fire, and the overall experience was top-notch. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

I placed an order with Uber Eats for a fish dinner. When it arrived, the sauce had spilled all over inside the bag. I ordered a side of corn but because the bag was so messy and it was already late, I put it in the refrigerator. Getting ready to have it for lunch and a foul scent came out the bag. I double checked because I was no way. Well yes, the corn was sour. Everything else was ok. So I called Juivy Crab and the manager basically said that’s not true. Disagreed with me immensely. Now as a grown Christian woman, do you think I have time to waste to call about and lie about some corn? They don’t have to worry about me ordering again from them.

The wife and I visited this particular location for a lil us time. Upon coming in , the atmosphere is definitely a great vibe. Our server was very nice and good. The food of course was good. On top of we didn’t have to wait a long time. Definitely will be coming back again

I just wanted to share a quick note about our recent visit to Juicy Crab. Our server, Vinny was fantastic! He was very pleasant, knowledgeable about the menu, and even gave us some great appetizer recommendations. He made our dining experience really enjoyable.
We came down for the cricket celebration bowl and had a great time. Now we’re heading back to Orangeburg, South Carolina, feeling satisfied and grateful for Vinny amazing service.
