This location doesn’t deserve 1 star! I visited this location today with the intentions of getting something to eat. I was met with rudeness and disrespect. I pulled up to the speaker to order my phone and no one answered. I was at the speaker for a while with no response before pulling up to the window to try to speak with someone for further assistance. I got to the window and a black young lady with glasses was extremely rude. I told her that I had been at the speaker waiting for someone to answer and no one did. Her response was, “Ok…” I went inside of the restaurant to speak with a manager. That was 1000% pointless! He came out and immediately turned on the store cameras and I was explaining what happened with the young lady at the window. He continues to laugh while I’m telling him what’s going on and that infuriated me even more. Then he proceeds to justify her behaviors by saying, “She can’t hear that well through the speaker…” How is that MY problem!? There was no sign at the speaker saying it was broken or anything. He continues to laugh and lack understanding and accountability for what happened. This was thee worst experience I’ve ever had in an establishment in Conyers and I will NEVER return to Touchdown Wings in Conyers. I advise other people to NOT fund their business because they don’t care how they treat you. They just want to get your money and make excuses…Not solutions.

I’ve eaten wings all over the place, and as a self-proclaimed wing fanatic, this is hands down one of the best wing spots I’ve ever been to. My go-to order is the hot wings with lemon pepper dry rub, and they never disappoint. The wings are consistently cooked perfectly, packed with flavor, and always hit the spot.
The staff is friendly and welcoming, and it’s always a pleasure to chat with them when I stop by. The managers are helpful, attentive, and clearly care about both the customers and the restaurant.
The dining area is always clean, the drink stations are stocked and well-maintained, and even the bathrooms are kept clean. It’s obvious they take pride in the entire customer experience, not just the food.
Overall, this place is a 10/10 for me. Great food, great people, and a great atmosphere. I’ll keep coming back.

I’m pretty much over this location.
If I call my food order in ahead of time, it should be ready - or at least close to ready - when I arrive. Instead, my food doesn’t get cooked until I get there. That defeats the purpose of placing a carryout order.
Second, the customer service is terrible. Getting through by phone is a challenge, and when you finally do, you’re often met with poor attitudes, rushed conversations, or employees who seem bothered by customers.
Third, when I request my food to be prepared a certain way and the order is accepted, I expect it to be made correctly. I shouldn’t have to deal with attitude because I want my food prepared as requested.
Businesses thrive because of their customers. The same customers spending their hard-earned money can also choose to spend it elsewhere. Respect, professionalism, and quality service go a long way.
Consider this an honest review from a disappointed customer.

P.S. Conyers deserves more restaurants that serve great food at reasonable prices and treat customers with respect.

I absolutely LOVED my food. Fries were very mid, but the honey BBQ wings were amazing. They aren't very big wings, but the crisp on the outside then perfect juicy chicken inside paired with their honey BBQ sauce. Absolutely perfection to me. Although the fries came out bland, they provide seasoning and salt for you to prefect your fries.

I have never had such a horrible salad, in my entire life! My mom sister and I each ordered to-go salads for the first time from here, and disappointed is an understatement. We got home and the lettuce was soggy to the point where we had to drain water out of the containers. My “crispy fish” and their “crispy chicken” was mush. My mom and my sister threw away 85% of their salad because they just couldn’t do it. I’m not sure if they keep the lettuce in a vat of water, but I will NEVER order another one. Stick to wings and fried fish.. because salad ain’t it for y’all.
