I came in early afternoon. I sat at the high counter and waited to be seen. The server in that section completely ignored me for over 8 mins. When I finally asked about who was serving I was met with sarcasm and attitude from the server, Sabrina. She said “oh are you eating?” Very rudely. I said yes I e been waiting then immediately gave me to another server, again, with an attitude. I asked if there was a problem, my new server said it was fine. I said my table was dirty. Sabrina said “well I’ve had no one up there all day” I said ok but it’s still dirty. She then apologized to her COWORKER for forgetting he sat there before me. This is when i realized she just had a problem with me. The guy on the grill saw I was getting upset and asked me what’s wrong. I said “she just changed my mood” after finally receiving my food. A completely different server asked if i were ok and what happened as I begin to explain, I’m cut off by Sabrina yelling to her manager “get her before I lose my job”. Her manager ebony proceeded to yell and the employee and I. Ebony said “stop acting like children, I have better things to do “ which I guess was getting back to her personal call. After this I got my food and walked to my car to contact the general manager. He did not take my complaints serious although he agreed that his employees usually have attitudes. I have this on recording. After talking to him, I realize my food was wrong. I went back to get it fixed. I was met with attitude from Ebony. I told her what was wrong. She stared at me silently and then walked away. She fixed the problem but stated that she did not want to. While waiting for my food, I noticed Sabrina had completely lost her attitude when it came to servicing the older White man next to me. Two days later the district manager called me and told me I was banned for causing troubles with the employees. Although he watched the cameras and agreed with my entire story, he said it was my fault because I spoke rely to her first, but my responses only came after she was rude to me. I only want it to be served like a regular customer.

I wasn’t able to get the waiter and cook’s name who were working today on 1/20/26, but they made me feel very comfortable and gave me amazing recommendations for my first time! Food was very fresh and their customer service was amazing! Shoutout to the two gentleman!

I love waffle house! We got two all stars with a side of bacon. The grits were top tier, eggs were scrambled to perfection. I would have given it five stars but the waffle was soggy for some reason.

I come here often. Sunny and Desiree are normally my servers. I have seen some crazy stuff going on in the parking lot across from the Publix. I have always felt safe here, the cook has never gotten my hopes order wrong. Me and my husband love coming here monthly on Thursday mornings. Going to college in downtown Atlanta, it’s always hard to find a waffle house that one) get your food right, and two) you feel safe in. this is for me.

The food is always good and the team is super friendly on every visit. Plus they let me check out the secret menu 😋
