The drive thru woman Had a huge attitude my husband and I were trying to get some coffee for 5 people because we were next door at the hospital so when we placed the order at the drive thru she was like how many?!? We were like 5 and that’s all we want she’s like well you’re going to have to drive up because we don’t have that right now, we said no problem. And finally we pulled up to the window, and she has a huge attitude: like no we don’t have frosted coffees no we don’t have this and that and oh you want what? Like maam I’m sorry that you hate your job but we only asked for coffee not even food and this is the service we’re getting? Attitude for no reason smh very unprofessional and unnecessary.

2 strips of bacon on a Big Bacon Classic is some diabolical bs, I'm tired of spending my money on poorly prepared take out. I wish my stove wasn't broken. 😤😤 the restaurant is smelly and it took forever for this nonsense 😒

I have been to this location several times. Time after time there is always the same issue as if nobody there cares to fix the situation. You ask for BBQ sauce they always say we don't have any when at other locations that I have visited never say they are out. This particular location of GA-20 say soon as they order it gets gone that quick. Then you show your app for them to scan they say their scanner does not work. Never serve hot nuggets or fresh tasting bread on the burgers. If I could give 0 stars I would definitely. I honestly don't see how this location is still open they need to shut down because it is garbage. The staff there seem to not care nothing about what you saying or complaining about. They move like whatever get out my face. Horrible place to even attempt to spend money at. Customer service there is not what it use to be nor the food. Back in 2016 that was a great Wendy's and over the years as more and more teenagers started the place has gone down hill.

This use to be such a good location years ago but it has went down tremendously. Customer service is terrible, at this location it’s a lot of young adults with the most nastiest attitude for no reason at all.every time I go it’s like being like an inconvenience no greeting ,not welcome to Wendy’s on the intercom it’s always you can go ahead 🙄 it kills me because they are the ones that applied for a customer service position where you was aware you will deal with the public so it’s not our fault you decided to work there. The food is always cold and old because they don’t care. The only ones that get fresh food is their lil friends that come in and get freebies. Wendy’s are closing a lot of locations and I see why.

I went in to place a to-go order. It was right at the beginning of lunch service (about 1035 or so). There was nobody else in line at the counter, or ahead of me waiting on food. One item I ordered was a Baconator double cheeseburger. When I received my food I went to the drink/condiment counter to check the food. I opened my burger and could not see the bacon. It looked like a double cheese burger with ketchup & mayo. I took it back up to tell them that there was no bacon. She brought it back to me & told me that it was on there in 2 places (middle & top). I looked again & sure enough there were 2 little, sad, small pieces of bacon in both places. This sandwich looked NOTHING like the picture on the menu that had bacon hanging off the burger and the sandwich was all high and everything. This sandwich was all squashed and the hamburgers were dry like they'd been pre-cooked. I thought getting there at the beginning of lunch I would get hot, fresh patties. I paid over $8 for this crummy sandwich! That's ridiculous! The girl that waited on me did not speak unless she had to and never smiled or showed any pleasantries at all. I felt like I was inconveniencing her. I will not be back to this Wendy's!
