My goodness where do I even start. I wish I could rate yall a zero, that’s not possible, so you get a 1. Imagine having the roughest day and all you want is a good Wendy’s meal. Messed up my order. I will be back for my refund.

Order from Wendy’s today the food is horrible. The bread is hard. The fries are burnt the nuggets half cooked. The food is nasty. they are ref, frying the old food and giving it out to people The people is nasty as well. They have attitudes. I would never take my money back there ever again.

I ordered the chicken sandwich and a baked potato and upgraded by drink to Dave’s crafted watermelon lemonade. The chicken was overcooked and had been cooked greased that been used too many times resulting in the chicken having a greasy taste. The baked potato had been reheated so many times that it was no longer white on the inside. When I asked about being charged a 1.10 for the lemonade when the sign stated upgrade to Dave lemonade for $.80, I was told “I just work here”. Then when I Asked for the receipt, I was told that the receipt machine has been out all day. I was there at 6:15 p.m.

They really need to have a training session on customer service. Because nobody greets anybody. Nobody says. Hello, nobody has any interaction with the customers except take your order. Get your money and give you your food. They don't worry about being nice or cheerful or show some kind of appreciation to the customers. It's only a paycheck for 99% of the employees and that's sad because it shows!!!

This is by far the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to. I’ve given them several chances because it’s local but the final straw has happened. My husband bit into a completely raw chicken breast on his sandwich. Disgusting. Before this, they’ve stolen his debit card, and the wait times are extremely long. They are rude and just make you wait and wait.
