I went to this Zaxby’s pretty late and the drive-through moved quickly. The gentlemen who took my order was very polite and accurate the first time the young lady who gave me my food was very nice and patient. My food was prepared correctly and it was hot. I typically don’t go to restaurants late at night, but I’m glad I did this time. Thanks Callum and Candice 🙂

My coworker was having lunch and the food looked so good . Asked him where he got it from , he mentioned this place . Checked them out few days later . Nice staff , outstanding customer service . Very clean place . I also appreciate the fact that the manager( forgot to ask her , her name), asked how everything is going , while I was eating . I had their chicken/bacon/fries “salad”, with some ranch dressing on the side .. Thank u every1 for the great service and all that u do . Keep up the great smilessss, always !! Will definitely return .

There was a dead fly in my salad. I all but threw up. I’m so disappointed.

This is getting ridiculous. Both of my nibbler meals barely have any fries inside of it. I purchased these items for my children, even though their kids this is not a kids meal both containers look like this. What am I paying for honestly??? The moral at the counter is very poor. This will be the last time eating at this store. The orders keep getting messed up or half way thrown together.
