  I’ve had extremely poor experiences here, in person and using delivery services. When you use the drive thru. The employees are short tempered, and basically throw the food at you. They don’t respond to “Hello” or “How has your day been”, you get silence and rude manners.

  Ordered multiple times from this location and Everytime the order has had some issues with it. Everything from no sauces, to missing items and even the wrong order entirely.

  It’s worth the headache to go to a another local chicken chain such as Dave’s Hot Wings or Chick-Fil-A in the area

  I always come to this Zaxby’s when I’m craving delicious fried chicken and when I don’t have time after a long work day to cook and want the convenience and ease of something delicious. Our family recently discovered the garlic parmesan dry rub, and it is by far one of the best things they’ve come up with. In total, we got two sandwiches (one with fries and a drink), eggrolls, fried white cheddar bites, and a chicken finger meal. I was asked if I could pull forward into the space provided as they prepared my food. A couple of minutes in, the assistant manager Gio came out and apologized for the wait with my food. He explained that one of the sandwiches that had been prepared wasn’t quite too standard and that they were frying fresh chicken for my sandwich and apologized for any inconvenience. I didn’t mind, I was happily able to use that time to make a list of things I needed to do for the following day which allowed me to decompress. The older I get, the more I’ve learned that you have to be pretty self aware of your emotions when you’re hungry and do better not to take your emotions out on people. We are all out here just trying to make it. Anyway, Gio soon came back with a bountiful bag in hand, not one item out of place and a smile on his face and thanked me for my patience. MY patience? Sir my dopamine cravings included fried cheese, fried egg rolls, and chicken, and y’all showed up and fulfilled it all no questions asked and a smile and didn't forget a single sauce packet? Bless YOUR patience. Please take my money. For real. To those who dine here: Be kind to everyone at this establishment and protect them. They are truly treasures. Every last one. Even when I’m only rolling in the drive thru to buy packets of ranch to stock the fridge because other drive thru ranches are a miss. Never judgy, always happy, always kind, and they always get the order right even if it takes time. Lord bless these people. They’re the remnant of good in the world.

  Food was fresh, hot, and seasoned perfectly. The customer service was amazing and the atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and family friendly. My order came out quickly and everything tasted great. Definitely one of the best Zaxby’s locations I’ve visited — I’ll definitely be back! Tray was excellent customer service as well!!

  Foood was delicious and fresh . Service is kind and accommodating . The manager Tayy is beyond great and helpful ,willing to go above and beyond for her customers. One of my favorite Zaxby locations to dine or go through the drive thru. I recommend coming here , I will be back.

  I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at Zaxby’s. While eating my meal, I discovered a **human fingernail in my food**. This is absolutely unacceptable and incredibly unsanitary. Finding something like that completely ruined my appetite and honestly made me feel sick.

  Food safety and cleanliness should be the bare minimum at any restaurant, and this clearly shows a serious lack of proper food handling and hygiene. I trusted this place to serve safe food, and instead I ended up with one of the most disgusting things imaginable in my meal.

  I hope management takes this seriously, investigates how something like this could happen, and improves their food preparation standards immediately. No customer should ever have to deal with something this disturbing.
