  I was looking forward to trying Betty's Home Cooking, but unfortunately, my experience with the customer service changed my mind.

  When I called in my order, the person who answered the phone came across as very nonchalant and uninterested. I decided to give the restaurant the benefit of the doubt and went to pick up my order anyway.

  When I arrived, the same employee was working on another order, which I completely understand. However, what I did not understand was being completely ignored. She never acknowledged that I was standing there waiting. A simple statement like, "I'll be with you in just a minute," would have been more than enough. Instead, I stood there while she avoided even looking in my direction. Ironically, her coworker acknowledged my presence before she did.

  Customer service is just as important as the food. Feeling respected and acknowledged costs nothing, yet it can make all the difference. Because of that experience, I decided to leave without my order and spend my hard-earned money at another restaurant that made me feel like my business was appreciated.

  I hope this feedback is taken constructively because the issue wasn't the wait it was the complete lack of basic customer courtesy.

  I went there to meet an old friend of mine. This was my first time eating their food. It didn't get anything special. What I had for as ok. The service was great and very friendly. Which was very important to me. I'd try them again and see what else they have.

  We have heard about Betty's for years and decided Saturday morning to give them a try. So glad we did. Our server, Courtney was very sweet and kept a check on us. We enjoyed our meal and looking at all the art for sale on the walls. The porkchop was delicious and fork tender.

  Enjoyed this place I felt like I cheated them. The price is right plus it was awesome /delicious food as they say //quality controlled food//I also felt at home as I watched them prepare food with 100% excellently I was lucky I came early and got some fresh peace of homemade delicious German chocolate cake took it home and demolished it. This place deserves a 10.

  Used to eat at Betty’s before the pandemic, and they were not bad.
  Now that they’re reopened, and on my drive to work, I’ve eaten there a few times.

  The service is outstanding, they greet you soon as you’re thru the door, and quite polite.

  The food is phenomenal. Not a single thing I’ve had was bad, cooked perfect temp and seasoned to perfection.
  They have a ton of breakfast options.
  Only place I know to get grilled bologna biscuit.
  They also have a lunch menu that changes daily.

  Also, to top it off, at least one day a week, they give out a slice of cake to diners.

  I can’t recommend Betty’s enough!!
