The atmosphere was quiet and calm especially for a Sunday afternoon. My table of 10 plus an infant was seated within 10 minutes. The food was hot, but not well seasoned. The waitresses appeared frustrated and overwhelmed. *They do not honor military discounts at this establishment.

Scary food. Decent selection of food, but most of it at room temperature or close. I didn't dare eat the chicken when it was clear that it had been sitting there for a while at room temperature, will be shocked if I'm not sick tomorrow. Same with the cobbler.
I tried the rolls and garlic bread - both so hard to be completely unpalatable. Salad bar was probably the best part, but everything there was very low quality as well.
Beyond that, the food is all very underseasoned and bland. And how do you make cheesecake bland? I mean, how is that possible?
All the server had to do was give my a seat and clean utensils, and I did get a seat - but the knife had a big blob of something green stuck to it. The brought me a fresh glass of water which didn't taste like the first one. Considering the fact that the knife wasn't cleaned, I would assume the same went for the glasses.
Worst of all, I left a tip at the table (not required for a buffet, and certainly not earned as noted above); but when I declined to tip at checkout, they had the nerve to ask if I had tipped at the table as if tipping was somehow required. Incredibly rude and a terrible way to treat customers. I should have made more of a scene, but I calmly made my point clear, no need for more drama.
Will not be going back and will suggest nobody else does either if you want a reasonable buffet experience.

After writing this review, I decided to research to see if I was the only one that had a bad experience, and found a LOT. On Yelp, they have more one star reviews that two, three or four stars - making me think that many of the 5 star reviews are not legit. Just go to Yelp, and sort by newest first, to see that 3 of the last 5 reviews were one star - 4 of 6 if you include mine.Also, according to the AJC, this restaurant has had multiple failed health inspections in just the last five years:
November 2025: Scored 59/U (Unsatisfactory). Violations included food not held at proper temperatures and cross-contamination issues.
December 2021: Scored 52/U (Unsatisfactory). The restaurant failed its routine inspection after staff were observed failing to wash hands, alongside improper food storage and temperature violations.
May 2021: Scored 37/U (Unsatisfactory)37? 37?? That's not just a fail, that's a not even trying.

Service from the workers was great. But food was so bland I couldn’t eat it. I got big plate of food and only things I ate was Mac & cheese, yams, and salad. The desserts were great. Please don’t eat the fried chicken. 13$ per person not bad but for what I ate I don’t think it’s worth that. It’s quantity over quality

Ordered to go. Ordered two separate plates of 4 veggies and was given one plate despite having two employees.
The mash pots didn't have gravy and taste like they're from the box. The collards had no season and taste like they're from a can. And the candied yams are gross!!!!
Then their sweet tea was disgusting.
Total waste of money!

3 ⭐️ for the service and price!! Great price for a buffet. Food is quite bland. Server was nice although I asked for a sweet tea and lemonade and she gave me basically water with a dash of tea. I switched to a coca cola and it was flat!!!
We fixed our plates and....
The food... HORRIBLE!!!! Absolutely NO seasoning in anything!! Not even salt and pepper!!
I didn't try any desserts as they might not have had any sugar or anything in them. I had a soda and welp... it was bland too!! Lol Flat as it could be!I won't be returning.
