Im not the type to leave reviews, but on Sep 7,2026 my dad and family went to get Ice cream. We usually have no issues especially with the local employees who we see and serve us. We always have the same people who make our orders with no issue. But for some reason I don’t know what it was with the employees that served us which were different from our usual. My dad ordered a banana spilt from the kiosk tablet. They served us a banana split (shown in the photo) without letting us know half the items they had weren’t in stock. So we went up to them and asked why they didn’t let us know about the out of stock items. I also mentioned they didn’t have whipped cream, strawberries, cherry, AND the pretzel stick. But for the whipped cream the kiosk should show that they were out of stock. The lady then told us the kiosk told them we choose to not have those ingredients which we find it strange because to remove those items you have to press on multiple items to remove them. I then asked them to just replace our banana split for two scoops of ice cream which then they proceeded to give us a small portion of ice cream to replace the Banana split we ordered which we found unfair because it isn’t worth the amount for what we paid on the banana split. Whoever were the ones who served us needs to get trained on customer service because this experience was not it and we been loyal customers with no issues up until now.

Staff is always super friendly, quick, and i love how their ice creams and shakes always taste the same. I appreciate the consistency ! very welcoming environment.

100/100 ! The ladies service the ice cream were NICE ! I loved the kiosk to order. No printed receipt (yes to saving paper). You get the receipt emailed if yah want. Ice cream was great. Cute little seating area. Nice summer evening made the best.

My first time having Bruster's ice cream and it was delicious AND affordable!!! The service was spot on and we enjoyed the ice cream in the outdoor sitting. I had white turtle with strawberries and syrup in a waffle bowl and my husband had the salted caramel special with toffee in a waffle cone. So good!!

Absolutely delicious! I am NUTS about the Nutty Coconut! This is my 3rd time here. I am a Doordasher and my first experience with this place was actually when I picked up a Doordash order for a customer. The two sweet young ladies working that evening offered me a free scoop of ice cream and I chose the Nutty Coconut and I am addicted, lol! I've been back twice in a week just to get it! And THANK YOU to those two gals who made my work day soooo much better with that free ice cream! Not only was it above and beyond great service and made my night, but it shows they are smart... because what better way to market to a potential customer than to give a free scoop! I'm a regular now! Thanks again, ladies! 👍
