I went on July 15, 2026 @ 1pm. When I arrived to Burger King on Salem rd. Ga. 30016, I was greeted by the manager and was very pleased to be received with a kind gesture and happy smile. She came over to me to converse for a brief moment and felt so good to be acknowledged that way. Shortly after, I ordered two kids meals and a whopper jr. meal and received it immediately. I looked over and an employee was cleaning all the windows inside and out including the lamps and lights. Applaud to him. About 20 people came during lunch time and everyone was served so quick. I was impressed how quick people came in and out. I want to give a shout out to the manager for being strict on her employees and keeping everyone and everything in order. I also, want to give a shout out to that man that was cleaning those windows. The only thing the place needs improvement is new asphalt on the parking lot and an updated Burger King logo on the building and standing up sign. That way it won’t just look like an abandoned building. Other then that everything is amazing!!!!!!! Great location!!!!! Only one toilet, spacious and enough toilet paper, clean bathroom, empty trash cans, enough soap and paper towels, the area to wash hands in the bathroom and obtain towels to dry hands is kid accessible. This guy was cleaning up the place !!!!!

I had a great experience at Burger King! The food was fresh, hot, and made exactly how I ordered it. The restaurant was clean, and the service was quick.
A special shout-out to Quentin Q and Layla for providing outstanding customer service. They were friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. It's always nice to see employees who genuinely care about giving customers a great experience.
I'll definitely be coming back. Keep up the great work, Quentin Q and Layla!

Went by there tonight haven’t been in years. It was super clean , the guy mopping the floor treated me like an old friend, the cashiers were smiling and sweet to me and my husband. The manager was super helpful. I will be back again. The whoppers were so good. I forgot what a good whopper taste like. I’m back in love with Burger King!! Thanks guys. Thursday night crew!!!!

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and the food was sloppy, soggy and disgusting! Customer service was not good at all. Never going back.

I stopped by this Burger King in Conyers and had a great experience. My Whopper was fresh, hot, and made just right. The service was quick and the staff was friendly. It’s always nice when you can grab a quick meal and it actually tastes good. I’ll definitely be stopping by again when I’m in the are
