Our first time visiting, and it was a very pleasant experience! I ordered the sweet cream ice cream with Butterfinger toppings, and my husband ordered the butter pecan. We both thoroughly enjoyed our ice cream. The team member who assisted us was professional, friendly, and very helpful. Excellent customer service and delicious ice cream, we will definitely be returning! 🍦😊

I stopped coming to this location for over a year because of the poor customer service. I decided to give it another try today, and unfortunately nothing has changed.
I placed my order online, walked in, and was not greeted at all. I stood in the pickup line for almost 10 minutes with no acknowledgment. The young lady at the register was the closest to me — she finished with her customer and then walked to the back without saying a word. Indigo, who was all the way at the end, was the only person who noticed me and came to assist.
My line of work is customer service as well, and every day I make sure my customers feel valued. It’s disappointing to see such a lack of basic courtesy here. This younger generation will need to be trained on the importance of customer service, because experiences like this are exactly why customers stop coming back. Protect Cold Stone's brand!

I stopped by this Cold Stone location in Conyers and wanted to share my experience. The shop itself is clean and well-kept, which I definitely appreciate. However, the wait time was extremely long—I’ve been standing in line for about 15 minutes just trying to get some ice cream.
I do want to give credit to the employees working,they are doing the best they can and are working hard. The issue doesn’t seem to be effort, it’s staffing. This location clearly needs more help. Either more employees need to be scheduled or there needs to be better management support during busy times.
When I visit other Cold Stone locations, they usually have enough staff to keep things moving smoothly. Unfortunately, that’s not the case here right now.
I hope ownership takes a look at this because the potential is there,the service just needs better support behind the scenes.
