Although this is a tiny establishment with not much seating, I received excellent customer service, and noticed a culture of using the guests name to truly give an environment that feels welcoming. What a great attitude by the staff, particularly Ms. E, was so kind and personable. Give her a raise!!!

Great priced items happen to find while I was driving. Breakfast sandwiches well made and very good definitely recommend the creme brulee Brew Shake. Staff super friendly and attentive. Also big shout out to ⭐️Ella⭐️for remaking my shake for my pickup order so that it was fresh truly appreciate it🫠. I would get pictures but sadly the camera did not eat first this time... 🚗🍳

I have eaten Einstein bagels for many years in metropolitan Atlanta but not at our Conyers location. As soon as you walk in it's a welcoming environment. A welcoming aroma from the food, greeting by the crew, and The taste after you take your first bite rewarding. I ordered two bagels one for me one for a friend mine came with everything. Toasted plain bagel with a slice of onion locks cream cheese capers sliced onion sliced tomato. Wow wow wow!

Visiting the area & stopped here for a late breakfast & this is an example of a business that is run well. Great customer service from the people I saw working; greeted when we walked in & when we left & friendly & helpful throughout the whole interaction. Food & coffee was good as well

Sent my grandson to get me a breakfast sandwich from this store. I got NO RECEIPT but my account shows that he spent $27.58@Einstein Bros#3970 on 5/24/26. I asked him to return mine but you had already closed. So my hard burnt sandwich left a bad taste in my mouth. IF this is the quality of food being sent out to your customers, you should be ashame!!!
