Talk about fast and friendly! My food and drink ready in under 5 minutes. Every one said hello, welcome when I came in. My drink was amazing and my food was fresh. Thank for the amazing service!

I’ve come here plenty of times and never once left a bad review, but this was honestly the worst and most unnecessary customer service I’ve experienced. I went through the drive-thru and it was hard to hear when the employee first said “hello,” so I said “hello?” again. The employee responded with, “I said hello twice already,” in the most irritated and annoyed tone.
I understand people have good and bad days, but there’s no reason to be rude or act smart with customers who were being respectful from the start. We never came up disrespectful, but the attitude we received was completely unnecessary.

For the last few months Ive come to this dunkin every Sunday afternoon and the service hasn't been very good. But today I walked in and was greeted so nicely by Angel. The sweetest ever! Great customer service and finally no wait while trying and getting icecream. In my past experiences ive had to wait 20 minutes for a scoop of icecream. Not this time tho! Angel was very kind and definitely made going back to this dunkin a way better experience than before.

I understand I’m not making my own meal and that comes with a cost . I PAID THE COST I DESERVE QUALITY.Whoever the young lady was working Oct 27 , around 3:00 pm
I believe deserves some kind of pay raise ,
Mostly bc when I ordered she didn’t feel the need to sound anything but drunk/insanely high .
I manage a smoke shop , high shouldn’t be THIS OBVIOUS . Or perhaps she’s over worked and needs less hours I can’t tell but she rudely took my order cutting me off with ANYTHING ELSE (MY ORDER WAS A BROWN SUGAR EXPRESSO AND BAGEL MINIS) NOT THAT HARD , the coffee was on point I’ll give her that . But the BAGEL MINIS and INTENTIONALLY NOT SPEAKING TO ME UNLESS BARKING THE PROCE I OWE IS ALL , they’re trained to do but the other people expect me to scan my code for my loyalty points . Not sure what the deal is here but my bagel minis are still practically froze. Inside . The beginning service wasn’t welcoming so I don’t look to get my food thrown on the ground then the oven for asking for a heat up.SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE SAID , behind this new hire , is what I’m gonna take it as . MY MONEY isn’t gonna make a difference in yalls monthly revenue but that kind of service on repeat will DEFINITELY knock out your traffic. Do better. sonder even at work .

This place is dirty and unprofessional. I ordered and old fashion and chocolate cake and got 1 plain and and one with chocolate frosting. When I went back to tell them, she said no that is an old fashion and chocolate cake. Really? They were out of almost all donuts with at least 10 ladies working like they were confused on what to do. NEVER AGAIN!
