I had a great experience at this store. Not only was it clean but the cookies were fresh, and the service was excellent. The worker (I believe her name was Dia) was especially helpful and welcoming taking the time to answer my questions and made sure my order was exactly right. It’s always nice to be greeted by someone with such a positive attitude. I’ll definitely be coming back!!

I recently stopped by Great American Cookies in Conyers to try it for the first time, and I absolutely loved it! The store was clean, inviting, and the treats were delicious. The atmosphere alone made me want to come back.
To my surprise, while I was there, I ran into a friend's granddaughter who works at the store. I believe her name is Dia. She is such a sweet young woman and was a delight to see working there. She was friendly, respectful, and carried herself so professionally while helping customers. It was nice to see someone so kind and welcoming creating a positive experience for everyone who came in.
Having such warm and pleasant employees truly adds to the experience. Between the great desserts and the wonderful customer service, this location definitely earned a new customer. I would absolutely recommend stopping by if you're in the area!!! -
I don't usually leave reviews, but I felt this visit deserved one. I was in Conyers visiting from out of town and decided to stop by Great American Cookies for a quick treat. The cookies were amazing, but what really made the experience memorable was the customer service.
A young woman with braids or twists in her hair helped me, She had such a positive attitude and treated everyone with kindness and respect. You could tell she genuinely enjoys helping customers and takes pride in her work. Even with several people in the store, she remained attentive and made sure everyone was taken care of.
Good customer service can make all the difference, and that young women definitely made a great impression on me. Great American Cookies is lucky to have someone like her representing their business. I'll definitely stop by again whenever I'm back in Georgia!! -

There was a brown-skinned young lady with twists in her hair who helped me during my visit. I believe her name was Dia, if I'm not mistaken. She was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. She greeted customers with a smile, worked efficiently, and made the experience enjoyable from start to finish.
It's always nice to come across employees who genuinely seem to care about their customers, and she definitely left a positive impression on me. Because of her great attitude and service, I would gladly visit this location again. Great job to her and the entire team! -
Stopped by Great American Cookies and enjoyed a sweet treat! 🍪 The cookies were fresh, soft, and full of flavor. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the smell of fresh cookies made the experience even better. A great spot to satisfy your sweet tooth or grab a quick dessert while out shopping.
