Omg my food is always fresh and hot honestly the real reason I come to this particular location is because of the amazing customer service from the manager Taira she's always nice and friendly and kind I've never been treated so good i am a captain D's valued customer and I go out to eat for the customer experience and when I tell you Taira is the most amazing person and manager I've ever encountered in go at least 3 times a week just to see her because she brightens my day and I eat here so much she even knows what I order everytime if it wasn't for Taira customer service and friendly conversations im going to be honest I wouldn't come she is more than a manager she treats her customers like family and the world needs more individuals like her I really look forward to coming into this location just to get welcomed by her Thank you for always being nice to me God bless you

We waited in drive-thru for about 15 minutes before being able to place order. This is what we got, mind you this was supposed to be double fries.
Update: I only ate one piece of the fish and a few fries. I was throwing up 30 minutes later. I felt horrible all night. Never again will I get anything from this location. -
They normally do okay with their food service, upon requesting fresh fries with the meal ..and there is always a young Caucasian male and mature female that provides great customer service. I visit here frequently. However, tonight I utilized the drive thru...waited patiently...only for after a wait of 10 to 12 min.. I decided not to get my food, because the young lady in the window couldn't tell me why my price was different from what the coupon reflected. She did not provide an explanation or any customer service, so I decided to keep my money.
We can't keep making these companies rich, when they can't even make their customer service skills make sense. -
Mannn…me and my family had onset runs on the toilet since yesterday😩😭. I came here yesterday evening(6pm) before close time (7pm) because me, my daughter, and mom love Captain D’s. I went through the drive through (I was the only car there), nobody answered so I drove around the building to look to see if I seen anyone inside, and no I didn’t, but I knew someone was in there. So as I was about to drive off another car popped up and was able to order something, and the guy appeared at the window lol, so I went to get back in line, and now instead of the first car, I’m the fourth car in line and had to wait at least 20-30 minutes to get my food. Guy at window was apologetic/genuine about the wait. Fast forward to now about to check our food out at home. Portions were absolutely small. It was more tray than food 😭 for 40$ yo. We were better off going to get food from another fav spot. Then we got sick from it at that. Mind you, we all felt good prior to eating this so we KNOW IT WAS THIS lol. I guess that was my sign not to eat here when I didn’t see nobody the first time. But please check dates,cross contamination, etc. whatever that is needed so nobody else gets sick. Potato was hard as well.

I have been coming everyday now requesting gumbo soup for almost two weeks. I am not sure if it is an ordering issue or if it has been discontinued. Restaurant cleanliness is not a priority here although they are fully staffed. The staff is friendly perhaps they just aren't being coached properly on maintaining a clean restaurant.
