10/10 service! We came in after the lunch rush and still received hot, fresh food and outstanding service. The managers were actively checking on guests throughout our visit, which showed how much they care about customer service. Our server was friendly and helpful with recommendations, and the entire staff had such great energy. It’s rare to find a place where everyone genuinely seems happy to be there. Such a wonderful experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

All things considered this place is pretty good. The prices are reasonable. It's fast food but one of the better chain restaurants with above average food portions. The only complaint I had was some salt pockets in the chips that came with the appetizers. Also the chicken tenders that I had, also had way too much salt. In today's world restaurants need to make better accommodations for some healthier options including less salt.
I'll visit again. -
The young lady who took my To-Go order gave excellent customer service. I ordered half slab of the Baby Back Ribs, White Cheddar Mac & Cheese, and Broccoli. The ribs were extremely dry I would not order them again.

It's time for an upgrade at this location. The seats have weathered every person that has ever sat in the seats. The waitress was about to seat us at a booth with dang near a hole in the seat. I have been to several Chili's location and the portion control was NOT the same. My side was literally a fork full of lettuce. My appetizers where just throw on the platter. Main course I ordered a smash burger. It was burnt. Not the crispy edges burn but burnt like you forgot about it. My wife ordeed the shrimp Alfredo. Absolutely not. My daughter's mozzarella sticks were cold. The cheese pull didn't exist. This location needs to tighten up. Our waitress was attentive that was a plus. I think I am just going to stick to the locations I frequent on a regular.

I ordered the smasher burger from chilis in Conyers. As i was eating my burger, I noticed a long black strand of hair in my food. When i called the store calmly and asked to speak to the manager Quincey came to the phone. When i stated my grievances his lackluster response was that I had to return back to the restaurant to receive new food. Once I stated that I was recording from my insurance for corporate, and that new food would not be an option; He rudely became belligerent and stated that I would receive a refund and hung up on me without providing steps to receive this refund or any actual proof that a refund has occurred. I have called back to the store twice and have been rudely hung on up on and now I’ve been placed on hold. No accountability but my refund is in progress.
