I hate writing negative reviews, but I feel obligated to share my experience because this location serves so many children and families in our community.
This review is specifically about the Conyers location and how it’s being managed.
The facility was noticeably dirty. The drink station was sticky, messy, and several drink options either tasted off or had run out. We brought this to the manager’s attention more than once, expecting someone to clean it or address the issue. Instead, he simply looked at us and did nothing. That was the most disappointing part of the experience.
When you’re serving families and young children, cleanliness should be a top priority. Seeing the condition of the self-serve drink station made me question how well other areas are being maintained behind the scenes.
The food also needs improvement. The pizzas were sloppily prepared and unevenly cut. Considering how expensive everything has become, customers should receive food that’s made with care.
Unfortunately, the manager’s attitude reflected a lack of pride in the store. He came across as indifferent to customer concerns, and there was no sense of urgency to correct obvious issues. Good management sets the tone for the entire establishment, and this location would benefit greatly from stronger leadership.
I truly hope someone from corporate or the franchise ownership takes the time to inspect this location. The children and families in Conyers deserve a clean, well-maintained environment where parents can feel comfortable letting their kids play.
I genuinely want this location to improve, but based on this visit, I can’t recommend it.

Went to this location for a 1 year old birthday party 🥳 the games and play area were amazing a lot of things to choose from and a great set up for all kids, Ms Ty (GM) was very helpful and friendly. We absolutely loved her energy and she put forth a very strong work ethic. This positivity made up for the rude and inconsiderate actions from the manager Ms. Mo, hopefully moving forward she will handle customers concerns with a better etiquette.
Issue: our party had questions concerning food and Ms MO’s delivery was very rude and distasteful.
Overall we enjoyed the evening and Ms Ty definitely was a major factor in making that happen.

Please be cautious about bringing your children here. I had a very disappointing experience at the Chuck E. Cheese in Conyers involving the manager, Mr. Anthony.
The location appeared to be understaffed. I brought my granddaughter for a short visit and attempted to get her ice cream. There was no employee attending the station, and cups were sitting out, which made it seem like self-service. I served her ice cream and brought it to the counter to pay.
At that point, Mr. Anthony spoke to me in a harsh and disrespectful tone, telling me I should not have touched the ice cream. I calmly explained that I didn’t realize it wasn’t self-serve due to the lack of staff and setup. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he continued to respond rudely and made the experience very uncomfortable, especially in front of my granddaughter.
A manager in a family environment should demonstrate patience, professionalism, and respect—especially when children are involved. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. The overall atmosphere felt tense, and the staff appeared uneasy.
I hope this location improves its customer service, staffing, and overall management approach.”

This was my first time visiting this establishment, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. We were not greeted when we entered, which immediately set an unwelcoming tone. The manager took my order, and when I asked a simple question, he responded in a rude and snide manner.
There were two other women working the counter who appeared to be new. While I understand that training is necessary, the manager constantly stopped assisting customers to help them, which significantly increased our wait time. It reflected poorly on his leadership and customer service skills.
When we finally received our order and went to sit down, every table in the dining area was dirty. No one had come out to clean them. The drink station was also a mess, with lids, straws, and trash scattered across the counter. Many of the napkin dispensers were empty. We couldn’t even ask for assistance because all three employees were behind the counter, and no one else seemed to be available. To make matters worse, the women’s restroom was extremely dirty and clearly had not been cleaned in quite some time.
Overall, this experience was unacceptable, and I hope management takes steps to improve cleanliness, organization, and customer service.
