I stayed in many hotels in my years but this one ranks the highest in my book. The atmosphere is beautiful and the rooms well maintained, clean and comfortable down to their exclusive brand of shampoo & conditioner. I was greeted by Aufre who was so pleasant to talk to and very welcoming. Then there is Diane and Kenneth who took such good care of me during my 5-day stay. Sonya and John were quick to prepare my breakfasts & dinners which were outstanding…very fresh ingredients all meals unique and not skimpy. All those I met truly exceed in customer service and are an asset to the Marriot. I hope they will be recognized for all their efforts.

Great place to stay at if you’re visiting the area. This is my 3rd time booking at this hotel location. Very nice rooms pleasant staff and I definitely will book again soon

I booked a room from a third party vendor during a snow storm. As I walked in the building the front desk person had the worst attitude. She tells me her system is down and nothing she can do so she sends me back into the winter storm with no shelter.. she did nothing to try to help me. When I called to see if the system was back up she was very rude on the phone. She eventually stopped answering the phone. I had to get another room for the evening…. Even though they threw me out in freezing cold they still won’t approve my refund… I get a lot of bad service but this has to be some of the most inhumane stuff I have seen in a while. I’m sure a stray dog would get better treatment than I got that day. I have been a bonvoy member for years and this experience is encouragement to stop staying at Marriotts all together…. I called to speak to a manager nobody answered or called back….. there are many nice places in the area , probably even Cheaper! Don’t waste your time here unless you want to be treated like a dog!!!

I was trying to find a hotel for a relaxing staycation. I originally had my eye on the Country Inn suites but got lost and ended up at this hotel. Long story short I decided to stay here since I was already in the parking lot. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. She told me that the cost for two nights was $170. However she didn't say that it was $170 per night. So altogether I ended up spending $330 for two nights. I then found out that they didn't offer free breakfast, you have to pay to eat here. The rooms on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor didn't include microwaves. The plugs near both night stands did not work and my thermostat in my room didn't work either. I can definitely say.... for the price I paid, I could've stayed downtown with a nice view and a nice microwave so I didn't have to leave my room and travel down to the lobby every time I needed to warm something up. Honestly for the price you do get a nice clean room and it's quiet. But everything else definitely isn't worth the money.

Loved the location, great for staycation.
The staff are professional, friendly and helpful.
There were issues with cleanliness, old bathroom showerhead and no hot water in our room.The staff addressed it immediately and we were movr to a different room which also had its own issues.
Respectfully I wouldn't visit again to be fair it may have just been bad weekend.
