I got a taco salad and after eating most, the bottom of my bowl was RAW BEEF, i ran out and threw EVERYTNING up in parking lot, the waitress removed it from my bill AND THAT WAS IT, i called the head boss (CHUEY)he say we dont serve undercooked meat so i go back and show him a picture of what i ate, he say we temp all our food and asked what i wanted him to do.. IVE SPENT SOOOO MUCH $ AT THT ESTABLISHMENT BUT N.E.V.E.R AGAIN.. IM DEFINITELY CALLING BBB… DNT SPEND $ WERE THEY DONT CARE

The food was ok. Not great. Ordered tacos. Did not like the fish taco at all. We went there for a birthday celebration. We took a cake and balloons. The wait staff seems inexperienced since they didn't even attempt to participate in the birthday celebration like most any other place. Most places the wait staff sings happy birthday and offer to serve the cake for us. We ended up taking the cake home and finished our celebration at home which put a damper on the whole experience. $27 tip was automatically included in the bill which was absolutely not earned. Most likely will not go back.

When's the dinner with my family it was my husband's birthday The atmosphere was wide and welcoming. My son and I had the number 15 combination which is a burrito taco rice and beans My husband had an enchilada hard taco rice and beans those were great and my youngest had chicken nuggets. My son and I both had a margarita I was disappointed that it didn't come in those big fancy cuts became in a regular beer cup. And I paid $16 for it. I'll just get the regular size next time. My youngest son has food poisoning so maybe it was chicken nugget because when I took a bite of one of his nuggets the breading kind of tasted uncooked a little bit but this was after we got home. So I would just say proceed with caution.

I’ve visited this location several times. Today, I asked for a box to take the chips provided with the meal home. The waitress said she’ll bring me a bag (her and the other staff provided excellent customer service).
My issue is with the GREASY bag of chips. I asked to speak with management to inquire about the bag full of grease. He said, “these chips hold more grease than white chips.’ I said ok, thanks. Neither asked if I wanted a bag of chips that wasn’t greasy or offered me a container for the chips that was provided with my lunch. I guess the chips are drained in the bag and not on paper towels. This is a first.
