Waited over 5 minutes in the drive thru for one fry… no other cars before me.
July 23rd… it doesn’t take 5 minutes to make a fry. I’ve been to 5 different locations that have been actually productive and had actual customers being served and my fries took less time than that.

The young lady that assisted us in the drive thru set the tone for the worst experience. She was terribly rude and had no customer service skills. We arrive at the window to pay and retrieve our items and she is standing at the register with her plastic gloves on playing in her braids and adjusting her hair tie. Never changed her gloves nor did she wash her hands.
I brought my 9 yr old daughter to get her favorite custard. First time trying the food absolutely terrible. Onions Rings hard as a rock, chicken fingers nasty!

I had a wonderful lunch here, the food came out hot and just the way I ordered it. The staff was very friendly and was on thier game. They made sure to get it out quickly as possible and with accuracy too. I give them a 100!

Will up charge if you’re not paying attention. Asked for a single cheeseburger was charged for a double. Not worth the headache of taking it back.

The music was a little loud, but other than that everything was great. The staff was friendly and the food was good. We didn't have to wait long for our food. I really liked the fries and cheese curds. You can buy their sauces and seasoning there if you'd like! My concrete was tasty. This place reminds me a lot of Culvers!
