The food is great but every time I go my price is different and I get the same thing Jerk chicken, rice and plantains. I’ve been to this place 5 times. The last time I went I noticed the lady didn’t let me select my TIP she hurried and bypassed it. I didn’t say nothing cause I made up my mind that I wasn’t going to return. Found another spot let will LET ME select my own tip.

Food taste not as good to me as it was 5 years ago. They got rid of lunch specials which is understandable but I wasn't as pleased as I started off 5 years ago. Taste of stew chicken was off. And placing my veggies or sides in a pool of gravy is not tasty either. But overall a good establishment and busy. Just giving my updated review. Pleasant people. Support and have your own experience. This was mine.

I went to this place for the first time for the whole time for over three years. I lived in Georgia and didn’t know about this place. Someone told me about it. I visited and I was so delighted. The food was amazing. The menu was different from the other places, most places, Jamaicans they have the cabbage and other stuff this place has yams which is sweet potato and collard greens and it also has Jamaican stuff. A sweet potato pudding was delicious. I ordered jerk, chicken, rice and peas, cabbage and yams sweet potatoes. That’s what I called them and I was so delighted the food was this will be my go to place in Conyers for now coconut. Water is amazing. It’s more like a little country kitchen. you can sit inside or you can sit outside. and one more thing great prices it’s not a overkill

I ordered from here on 4/25/26 for the last time. Actually drove from Covington to pick up this food. The oxtails were not good and not tender. The flavor was off. The rice and peas were spicy. I’ve gone before and the rice was mushy. They are so inconsistent with their food!

The service was good. The young lady at the counter gave us really nice portions. The price was great for us. We got brown stew chicken, ox tail, and curry goat. We got rice and peas, cabbage, and plantain. Everything was DELICIOUS!!! Hot, fresh, seasoned, looked good. This is our new spot for sue.
