I had a wonderful experience at Jim ’N Nick’s, and I want to take a moment to recognize the excellent service I received. The manager, Tyrone Francis, was incredibly nice, professional, and attentive from start to finish. He genuinely cared about making sure everything was right and personally made sure my food was good. That level of customer service really stood out to me and made the experience even better.
The food was fresh, delicious, and prepared perfectly. You could tell that care was put into the quality and presentation of the meal. Everything tasted great, and I was very happy with my order.I also want to compliment the entire team. The store was very clean and well-maintained, and every staff member I interacted with was pleasant, friendly, and welcoming. It’s always nice to visit a place where the employees work together to create such a positive atmosphere.
Overall, this was a fantastic experience, and Tyrone deserves special recognition for his professionalism, kindness, and commitment to making sure customers are satisfied. Great food, great service, a clean restaurant, and a friendly staff — everything you could ask for!

The food was beyond delicious. We tried the combo platter and the half rack of baby back ribs - generously portioned. The side dishes were great too, flavors on point!
Overall really good meals, we will DEFINITELY be recommending this spot

Today I came in for a quick bite to eat with my nine year-old our server was Gavin when I tell you, hands-down, phenomenal, great listener very attentive, even when my son will whisper certain things that he wanted from the menu. He was so attentive. I hate to speak to him directly to be his order exactly how he wanted it. I’m only giving this four stars because The kitchen still struggles at this location. The french fries came out overly salted to the point. My son sent them back. Gavin gave us no issue in the return of the unsatisfied product and honestly, I’m extremely grateful that he didn’t send over a manager or share with anybody else we were having an issue. He just took the initiative and resolved it. Food is definitely better in the daytime than it is in the evening hands-down as far as consistency in preparation. Once the kitchen tightens up and of course, start cooking fries in batch orders this location will be phenomenal again.

I ordered the brisket with potato salad and baked beans. It was delicious and nice portions. Their sauces all go well with the meat. My favorite is the Carolina Mustard Sauce and the Alabama White Sauce. The tea was well prepared and ice cold. Our servers were polite and helpful.

My family and I visited this location and our food and experience were top notch! Our server Gavin was super helpful, polite and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Our food came out hot and fresh in only a matter of minutes. The marbled brisket and collard greens were fantastic! Due to our experience, we will definitely become repeat customers.
