Stopped here today with my daughter on a trip. Ordered food and we sat to eat. I was asked twice was I ok or did I need anything. You don’t get that anymore from any fast food place. Restrooms clean, staff very courteous and food was correct and good.

I placed an order for a mocha on the app. When I went in to pick it up, the machine was down, so no coffee for me. I was told the charge would be refunded, since I didn't get it, but that did not happen. I went back to the store later and spoke with a manager, Taylor. He was incredibly helpful and was able to resolve the issue. Customer service like this is rare these days, so I was very impressed, and will be back. Thank you, Taylor!

Absolutely terrible service. Was waiting for 20 minutes for a doordash order of 2 cheeseburgers and a drink while watching at LEAST 5 others who were also waiting 20-30+ minutes for their own orders and each and every one of them were messed up. All 10 people were at the counter pissed off and waiting. I've been to mcdonalds in 5 different states and this was by far the worst and most rediculous location yet. This entire team is honestly a joke. If you want mcdonalds, go LITERALLY anywhere else.

I got McNuggets today at 5:30. Took one bite and realized something was wrong. They were completely raw on the inside. I hope I don’t get sick.

We stopped in to get the grandkids lunch and ordered through the drive thru. It was a pretty good experience until we reached the window to get our food. Ashante who was expediting the food , never spoke, smiled or anything. Her demeanor made our experience unpleasant. I know that we all have bad days from time to time but she needs to leave that attitude outside. Maybe place her in the kitchen or somewhere she doesn't have to deal with customers.
