Normally, I have a great experience coming here, but tonight customer service was terrible. Three employees argued amongst each other while there were customers in the store. I ordered two smoothies, one which the order was the wrong size and one which I’ve ordered before and was made incorrectly. When I corrected the worker about the size, he fixed it and the three of them continued to argue. Then, when I asked for the other smoothie to be made properly, I was told no, and that if I wanted it corrected, I would have to order another one. They then proceeded to go back to their agreement, so I threw the second smoothie away and headed up the street to Tropical Smoothie. I don’t think I’m coming back here.It’s awkward to have to walk in on three people being loud going back and fourth with one another, and it’s another frustration for your order to be wrong because nobody is paying attention. Then to be told that no correction will be made is even unacceptable!

Let me first say that in all fairness I have had a 10/10 experience with this establishment for the past several years. This is a perfect example of how 1 horrible experience can make you forget everything previous.
Tonight I worked late and decided I didn’t want anything heavy so late in the evening so I thought I would grab a smoothie. I tried to place the order online at 8:15pm but I received a message saying it would be ready tomorrow. I also tried calling the order in and I received a message saying that my call could not be completed. I decided I would head to the store. The time was 8:35pm. I live about 8 minutes from the location so I arrived at 8:43pm. When I walked in I was greeted by a woman saying ugggghh, her hands up like she was pulling her hair out and rolling her eyes. In my weird nature I apologized like I did something wrong by patronizing a business that up until that point I loved. A man who came in behind me was treated with the same “ugggghh” and she asked him if anyone else was coming from the gym. If I would not have had my tummy set on the smoothie I think I would have just walked out. Instead I waited patiently for my smoothie while boiling a little bit on the inside. I don’t understand how you care so little on how you represent a brand that you behave like this in front of a paying customer. If you don’t want to work… at work then go home! This was extremely disappointing that she felt this comfortable.

I don’t know what Kisha is talking about but when I came in the lady with the makeup greeted us very politely and assisted me with no attitude. My family, friends, and I always come in here and are treated with great hospitality and customer service. We’ve never had any issues here while the closest thing to an issue would be them not having something but that comes with ANY business. I love the staff as they make the experience fun for me every time. I’ve read through these reviews and i’m baffled because i’ve never experienced anything close to what they’re mentioning. The guys are always cool engaging in sports, anime, and life talk. The women are very nice and joke with me to make my time fun. I think people forget there are things called “Bad Days” and WE all have them. I wish people would come in and greet them sometimes, they have lives and feelings just like us. A lot of these reviews show how self centered and selfish some people are but that’s not the point of the review. THIS IS MY FAVORITE PLACE IN CONYERS #GetADragonberryPunch(outside of the gyms of course lol).

I’ll start with the positives. My smoothie was delicious. The place was clean and they had vegan protein. The negative was what many other reviewers have stated the service left a lot to be desired no greeting.The person that waited on me. Looked like she didn’t want to be there. Would that stop me from returning? No I would probably try again. Hopefully the owner will take these reviews into consideration to improve the service. as a first time customer I could see how this would turn someone off

Smoothies are solid the music is loud. Bathroom is always blocked off like Covid just happened.
The smoothies are really good I just wish they would work on presentation for this to be minority owned this sad. They only want you in and out and that’s it. They are community welcoming without being community centered leave your flyers but get your smoothie and go. They have no real connection you will never hear about anyone hosting here and it’s sad this place could have done an expansion by now to add cold cuts and or more. I have been going here when Liz and Amber the oG’s ran the place.
Upgrade this spot the community deserves it as well as the business. Get some things following
