Ordered chicken wings, specified well done, and received them close to raw…blood oozing. I don’t normally leave any reviews, but I called and waited 32 min before I hung up and called back. The manager never came to the phone and the young lady was going to resend the order-no ma’am…return my moonnneeyyy. No thank you-never will order from them again. Smh

I am done with this location. I ordered a pan pizza today 5/8/26 for carryout. I checked the pizza when I got in the car & everything looked fine until I got home & started to give my daughter a slice just to have hair stuck on the bottom of the pizza. It was an extremely long black piece of hair. I already didn’t have the best day & this really topped it off. I trashed the pizza & considered it wasn’t worth driving all the way back there. If you’re going to order from here please check your food but as for me I will not order from here anymore.

I ordered my pizza through the Papa John’s app and door dash picked up my order but never delivered it. The manager Haley and her team were super sweet and apologetic. She refunded my order, made me a fresh pizza, and offered me a free menu item for the inconvenience. I would like to say, “Thank you for your great service!”

Horrible experience. Over an hour delivery while the app states my order was on the way for 30-40 minutes. Once I got my order the food was completely cold. I ordered well done and when I called back in to complain, whoever I spoke with said I ordered well done. The pizza was completely burnt!!! The crust was burnt an d hard as a brick and the cheese was burnt and black as well!! All of the meats were burnt entirely! I asked if I could bring the pizza back and get a remake but the young lady would not grant my request she only stated that she would credit my account. I spent my last money in this order. This is ridiculous and unacceptable.

They are SUPER hit or miss. I like a very cheesy pizza. Sometimes its perfect with a beautiful cheese pull other times its like they have cheese and sauce shortage, so im adjusting my rating.
