I dont get Starbucks often, but my order is always the same. I asked for 6 pumps of honey and 3 pumps of peppermint in my tea. That didn’t happen. They gave me bitter tea.

Please please please don't not waste you time going here..... took 30 mins for my drink..... ceo says it a treat to get something at there location 🤔 but for real this place didn't even apologize for the inconvenience just said the price closes the front door then finally gave me my drink and that's it....... do your self a favor and if your on this road please avoid any restaurant that's here Conyers is not a place i want to get anything. But if you have time then go right ahead..... I can't believe it 🤦♂️ and no AI Starbucks i would not like to talk about my experience.....

I visited the Starbucks in Conyers and had a mixed experience. The wait time was longer than expected, and it seemed like they were understaffed. That said, the team working was clearly doing their best—they stayed busy and kept things moving as efficiently as possible.
On a positive note, the coffee tasted great, which is always important. With a little more staffing support, this location could easily provide a much smoother experience. Hoping to see improvements on my next visit.

Serenity,Amir and Julie were absolutely amazing and so sweet. Thank yall for the kindness. My frog cake pops were so good and the coffee Amir created for me was exactly what I wanted. My only complaint is that this parking lot needs serious work. Everytime I come here the drive thru line is so long I can’t get out when pulling out with my car or the people coming in and out block me in. On average I have to wait at least 5 minutes before I’m clear to back out. Parking lot nightmare.

The customer service at this location is amazing. Zee, in particular, is the reason I come here and will continue to keep coming back. I don’t really know how to order what I like but I trust her and she rings it in perfectly everytime. She is amazing and delivers exceptional hospitality every single time. I really hope she gets recognized for her hard work and dedication to her job.
