  Today my family had the AUDACITY to go through the drive through with our pup BISCUIT who hasn't learned all drive throughs DONT GIVE PUP CUPS. He was SHAKING with anticipation and growling because they were "taking too long to give him his treat" 🤣🤦🏽‍♀️ The kind cashier KENNSY and the line cook (I didn't get his name) enjoyed a laugh from seeing how Biscuit was freaking out and offered him a few pieces of steak to 'ease his pain' 😆 we didn't ask for it..but she was so kind to my fur baby- so I am writing this review as 1. CONFESSION: Our pup is drive through bougie 🤷🏽‍♀️ 2. APPRECIATION: The ABOVE & BEYOND STILL EXISTS! THANK YOU for taking a moment to treat us like more than just 'the next car order' but actually offer FRIENDLY SERVICE for ALL- no matter how FURRY or BOUGIE 🤦🏽‍♀️👀☺️ We promise to teach him better ... but I'm sure he'll want us to return. HEY TACO BELL- MAYBE THAT NEEDS TO BE A THING? A PUP APPRECIATION DAY? 🤷🏽‍♀️😁😘 THANKS from our lil guy.....he gave 2 PAWS UP 🐾 now NAP TIME 🤣🐶💫💚

  Came by this early morning on mother's day and got breakfast and the steak breakfast crunchwrap was amazing and the sweet gentleman that served us was so sweet and made our order perfect. The hash brown was cook perfectly crispy, we will definitely be coming back

  Alright. This place is 3 for 3 for me.

  I've never had a Taco Bell consistently provide quality at this level.

  Does it take a while to get your food? Yes, but they can take their time if it means the food is going to be this good every time.

  The biggest difference I notice is that the ingredients have been fresh. The tortilla on my gordita has been perfect every time.

  They also take the time to properly make the food. The cheese has been completely melted in the roll-up.

  Just wanted to say that your effort is recognized and you put most other Taco Bells to shame.

  The wait time in the drive-thru was extremely long (30–45 minutes), but what made it frustrating was the lack of flow.

  If an order is taking a long time, customers should be asked to pull forward so others can be helped. Instead, the entire line was stalled with no communication or direction from staff.

  This could easily be improved with better organization and awareness

  I just ended up leaving along with a few other cars. I bet that made the staff very happy.

  I literally just left like 30 minutes ago And I ordered three beef crunchy tacos plain, chips and cheese, and a Large strawberry freeze they rang up a Baja blast midnight which is what I originally asked for, but they said they didn’t have it so then I asked for the strawberry freeze and they gave me the midnight soda instead. The food was great nonetheless.. The service not so much. I went to the drive-thru and there were only like three cars in the drive-through. It went by pretty fast, but when I got to start ordering, it seemed like the girl was in a rush, and I wasn’t rude. I didn’t have an attitude. I didn’t have a tone I was talking to her as if I was talking to one Of my coworkers. When I got to the window, it was as if she was still in a rush, talking fast, emotionless and closed the window as fast as she could WITH AN ATTITUDE. I completely understand if I was being rude or snobby because i know people my age usually are but since I’ve been a restaurant manager before, I would never do that to somebody that’s serving me food so I don’t understand why I was given an attitude. And then I got home. The tacos were good and the chips were OK, They kind of tasted stale and the cheese sauce was kind of stiff. I didn’t even wanna eat it anymore, so I threw it away. I come to this Taco Bell like once every two weeks or every week during afternoon shift so this is my first time coming at night time and I’ve never had this experience at this tacobell... It’s only four minutes away from my house so this is my home Taco Bell usually everyone is sweet and in good spirits but obviously not tonight. If you do go to this tacobell make sure you go before night time🩷
