  I was told to try the smoothie bowls here since it’s next door to where I live vs driving 15 minutes to get the one I’m familiar with. NEVER AGAIN. I’ve never purchased an already made and frozen smoothie bowl. They put the fruit on top so you don’t know it’s frozen until you dig in.

  I gave 2 stars because the young lady greeted me. I would have loved to been able to eat my acai bowl when I received it, however the acai was completely frozen. You're supposed to let it melt a bit before serving. I didn't love that I was the first one in and dang near the last one out. I also didn't love being charge extra for Nutella & barely getting Nutella.

  First, I love the colors!!!! The staff were exceptionally friendly and the smoothie that I had, the peanut butter cup, chefs kiss!!! Yummy! Go! Eat! Be happy!

  I am extremely disappointed by this experience. In my two years as a loyal customer of Tropical Smoothie, I have never encountered such unacceptable conditions. I ordered a chicken and cheese quesadilla with tomato salsa and was served salsa containing visible mold, an alarming violation of basic food safety standards.

  Additionally, I waited nearly twenty minutes for the quesadilla alone, reflecting poor operational efficiency under the new management. To further compound the issue, my Kiwi Quencher smoothie was improperly prepared, arriving chunky and overly icy.

  This decline in quality and oversight is deeply concerning, and until meaningful improvements are made, I cannot recommend this establishment.
