On Friday night went to eat a late dinner. Every booth had dirty dishes only one table open. Sat down staff never acknowledged us. Waited over 10 minutes staff was crowded around register socializing. I have been not proud of it loyal waffle house customer my whole life I have eaten from Carolinas to Florida always no matter where I have went in a waffle house food and service has been up to par I honestly never thought I would write a review this bad about one of my favorite chains but come on this was disrespectful and not what you are paid to do

Our waitress was wonderful here and you get really great food at an amazing price. 5 of us ate breakfast here for $50, that's fast food price for good quality sit down eating. Waffle House is the king of the south.

I will not be returning to this Waffle House. I found hair in my food twice. I’m not sure if it was beard hair or hair from someone’s head, but it was short and black. The grits were extremely lumpy, and I even found eggshells in my bowl.
The only reason I didn’t ask for a refund is because I waited until I got to work to eat, and I was already 30 minutes away and couldn’t turn around. I’ve never had such disgusting food from Waffle House before. Very disappointed. -
Normalize taking ya tip back and giving it to someone that does their job properly!!
