I will never come to this Wendy’s again every time I’ve came. Somethings always wrong with my order or the customer service is terrible. I decided since we were in the area to stop by the Wendy’s again I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich. The lettuce was brown. I had no pickles in the staff was just moving with no motivation to work so this will be the last time I ever eat at this Wendy’s.

I had the worst customer service experience of my life visiting this Wendys location yesterday evening, 6/25/26 from 7:18pm-7:45pm when I was rudely refunded.
After placing my order in drive through I paid for my food and was handed my drink by a young light skinned boy with stater locs, then he asked my to pull over and wait on my food. After 25 mins I realized that other were getting their food handed to them directly after placing their order. I then went back through the drive through and presented my receipt and ask for a refund. This brown skin guy with tattoos on his arm asked me why I wanted the refund-rudely, I then replied that I have been waiting for my food for over 20 minutes. He ask where was I parked, indicated the location to him… which was directly across from the drive through window. He then asked why didn’t I pull up or park in a number parking spot with an attitude. I responded there was already a car waiting, so I was not able to pull up… and I wasn’t directed to park in a numbered parking slot. He asked for my drink back and refunded my food. The entire experience was unsettling and aggressive. Also, I could see the boy who initially cashed out my order and instructed me to pull to the side, cowering behind the assumed manager doing the refund… looking as though he knew he made a mistake with forgetting my order, but did not speak up about his mistake.I would just like to say I would never be coming back to any Wendy’s ever in my life.
Another thing, my order was a chicken sandwich…. Which I got down the street at Chick fil a for cheaper, better quality, and outstanding customer service!
Long story short, save yourself the trouble of dealing with this type of experience, and get your food anywhere but here. When posting this review I see now I need to check rating before visiting an establishment… because clearly I am not the only one having issues with this Wendy’s!

I work road construction and we can make quite a bit of disruption at times around a business. Right now we're working right next to these guys. So I go in there quite often. They've always been cool with me (which surprised me, because a lot of times a business will be upset with us) and the food has always been fresh and the people nice. I've gotten breakfast, lunch and frosties ,and of course their coffees, and they've all been good. The folks that work there are great! The store is clean and they always have all the stuff you need for your drinks and the condiments for your food stocked and available. Highly recommend this Wendy's!

This was my first time dining at this Wendy's location. The dining area was clean, and I love the wall fireplace area. The young ladies behind the counter were pleasant & nice. The food came decently quick (we made a mobile order). Absolutely nothing was wrong with our order, which honestly shocks me every single time. They also have the $2 frosty cards you can purchase for free frostys all of 2023! Maybe it was luck of the draw for the first visit, but we had a good experience.
Update: Ordered the new mozzarella chicken sandwich, only for there to be NO CHEESE inside the "cheese stick" square when I got back to the motel. It all got cooked out in the fryer. My husband's chili had huge chunks of hamburger patty in it, along with some crunchy beans. Very disappointed in that for sure. Enough to knock it down a star.

This is a busy Wendy’s located in an active shopping area. Staff here are friendly, efficient and professional. The line at the drive-in seem to move along pretty smoothly. My order was taken and received accurately and quickly. Food was appropriate temperature for the items that I ordered. My only issue was a wet/dry vac and a spill that was left unattended when I went inside. Overall good experience at this Wendy’s.
