My very first time eating. After ordered and waited so long like 10 minutes. Fries hot as fresh and burger alright. Hoped come back and you got doing your job!

This location needs serious help. We came In and placed the order on the kiosk, there were no workers up front, ticket printed at 4:16 around 4:23 someone came from the back and said”I’ll be with you in a moment “ at 4:29 they came back out and gave me the cups for the order that I asked for, by that time the front was full of people she took some orders; when she had an opening it was 4:36 so I went to check on our food, I gave her our number she said there’s only 3 of us and walked to the back, she stuck her head around the corner and said your number just came up 20 mins later and they just started on our meal. Finally received the order I placed myself, and had to follow up on at 4:40 with a “. Here ya go” no I apologize for wait…..I don’t know who runs this location but maybe you should consider another career.

This location is truly beginning to be one of the worst locations i came in for breakfast decided to use my points on the app why the lady in drive thru tells me in order to use my points I have to buy something which is a lie so now I have to park and go inside the young lady at counter took order with no problem smdh now im waiting for my food as u can see no one is even at the counter manager is outside on her cell phone mean while 10 mins later i look in the back and I see two orders one of which appears to be mine. And keep in mind a lady was already waiting before i ordered after 10 mins the young lady comes back and I literally had to ask her hey is that my.order back there she looks and goes and get it along with the lady order that was there before me this is just terrible if you don't wanna work then dont take the job whataburger you guys need to do better at this location stay blessed

Just left and completely understand why this location is not busy... Food is NOT GOOD...I asked for no cheese and cheese was on my burger... Love their hash browns... mine were so old and greasy they were crumbled in the bag. I'll happily drive to the Snellville location because y'all TRULY SUCK and I want ALL MY COINZ BK

Despite living in Texas at one point, I’d never experienced eating food at a Whataburger. Since one opened in town about a month ago, I decided to try them out. I placed an order within the app and it said the food should be ready between 7:30-7:35 PM. We were greeted by someone who thought we were placing an order at the counter, and after we told him we ordered via app for pickup, he left. The employees in the back seemed to be a bit behind, because people outside and inside were waiting for their items for a while. A couple who arrived after us received their meal before us, and they ordered at the kiosks in store. When it was 7:35, I approached the counter and gave a different employee my name. He told me it would take another 7 minutes before my order was finished. After waiting 7 minutes, a different employee told me my order was behind because they needed fries. She told me it would be 5 minutes. By the time we got our order, it was 7:59. My spouse and I decided to sit. The fries were fresh, but our burgers were not fresh due to the amount of time it took for them to complete the order. My bread for the patty melt was soft and chewy. The location seems to be well staffed, but it did seem as if the employees were in their own little world, as some would go out in the seating area and chit chat with another coworker who clocked out.
